Administration Services
In performing retirement plan
administration services, we act as a Third Party Administrator
to assist the employer in meeting record-keeping and reporting
requirements. We prepare the plan document, perform required
discrimination and qualification testing, prepare necessary tax
returns, assist in employee enrollment/education meetings, and
facilitate the smooth operation of the plan. Via arrangements
with certain Alliance Partners, plan sponsors and participants
also may receive:
-
multiple, name-brand investment options
with daily-valued accounts, allowing for
participant-directed transfers between investment options as
frequently as daily;
-
toll-free participant hotlines staffed
with customer service representatives who are available to
answer participants' questions concerning the plan or its
investments;
-
internet access to their account via a
secure website that offers the ability to make investment
changes online as frequently as daily;
-
under certain conditions, a self-directed
brokerage account through which the participants can direct
the purchase of stocks, bonds, or mutual funds, with the
ability to move money between the brokerage account and the
plan's core investment options via the internet or
participant hotline as frequently as daily.
We bill for our
administration services in accordance with our standard fee
schedule, which is updated from time to time. However, because
of revenue sharing arrangements with, and the efficiencies that
result form the use of our Alliance Partners relationships,
substantial fee discounts may be available.
