Alliance Partners
Recognizing that RPC can't be "all things
to all people," but wishing to make available a broad array of
products and services to our clients, we have developed
relationships with several firms that independently offer
services to RPC clients. We call these independent providers our

Clients using our Alliance Partners
receive all of the normal products or services offered by the
Alliance Partner, with the added advantage of having RPC remain
"in the loop" with respect to the Alliance Partner's services.
The goal of the Alliance Partner program is to ensure that each
RPC client receives products or services from specialists in
their respective fields, while providing clients with a level of
service and efficiency due to RPC's established working
relationship with the Alliance Partner. In short, the Alliance
partner provides its normal services directly to the client,
while RPC facilitates and manages the relationship.
Certain Alliance Partners have entered
into revenue sharing arrangements with RPC, whereby RPC may
participate in a portion of the revenue earned by the Alliance
Partner from the client, and vice-versa. The purpose of this
arrangement is to compensate RPC for facilitating the
relationship and managing the process. The amount and nature of
any revenue sharing is always disclosed to the client if
applicable to that client.
