RPC offers certain services, namely those in which we have expertise and a sustainable competitive advantage, directly to our clients To better serve our clients, we have developed working relationships with independent providers of certain goods and services (e.g., accounting services, financial advisory services, insurance products, etc.) that we believe may be of benefit to our clients. We call these independent providers our "Alliance Partners".

Services provided directly by RPC to its clients include retirement Plan Design, Consulting, and Administration.
