Plan Administration

In performing retirement plan administration services, we act as a Third Party Administrator to assist the employer in meeting record-keeping and reporting requirements. We prepare the plan document, perform required non-discrimination and qualification testing, prepare necessary tax returns and generally facilitate the smooth operation of the plan. Since we often work with investment firms, who provide recordkeeping services, plan sponsors and participants also may receive:

• Multiple, name-brand investment options with daily-valued accounts;
  
• Toll-free participant hotlines staffed with customer service representatives who are available to answer participants' questions concerning the plan or its investments;
  
• Internet access to a participant's own account via a secure website that offers the ability to make investment changes online as frequently as daily;
  
• Participant educational materials, including financial calculators, to assist participants in mapping out retirement scenarios as well as other financial decisions;
  
• Self-directed brokerage accounts through which the participants can direct the purchase of stocks, bonds, or mutual funds.
