Purpose Statement

Retirement Plan Consultants, Inc. is an independent Third Party Administration and consulting firm specializing in retirement plans for small to mid-size employers. We currently provide customized plan design, plan documents, complete plan administration, loan and distribution processing and consulting services for clients in 17 states. We service thousands of participants with approximately $2.3 billion in assets. Our strength is our professional staff - collectively with more than 75 years of qualified retirement plan experience - that provides high quality services using a high touch model.

• We care that our clients are protected as much as possible from potential legal/regulatory action and are proactive in providing information, ensuring compliance and warning if a client's actions could be viewed unfavorable by government agencies.
