With more than twenty-five years of experience in the employee benefit industry, Kyla has worked with almost every aspect of qualified retirement plans. Kyla’s qualifications include:

From the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA)

Certified Pension Consultant  

Qualified Pension Administrator

Qualified 401(k) Administrator

            From International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the

 Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

Certified Employee Benefit Specialist

            From the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

                        Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (Enrolled to Practice before the IRS)

In addition, Kyla was Vice President of Trust and Employee Benefits at First American Bank prior to joining Retirement Plan Consultants. Her other professional experience includes benefit software programming, retirement plan administration, and client technical support for Booke & Company of Winston-Salem (now AON Consulting), as well as four years as Corporate Compensation and Benefits Manager for Plasti-Line, Inc. 

She currently serves as Secretary of the Board and General Co-Chair of Conferences for ASPPA.  Kyla’s responsibilities at RPC include consulting and oversight of day-to-day administration of all RPC retirement plans.
